This is pretty much my oc... I find this offensive you would try to sell this, the gradient on her hooves and the different color wings, the mane style is pretty much the same and the piercings, please take this down

I apologize for adding in my own two cents, but I really do believe that they did not intentionally copy your character by any means. Red and white is a very nice color palette, even I have used these colors in an adopt before. Gradient on the legs is actually very common, I have seen plenty ocs with all kinds of different types of gradients running up their legs. This mane style is very common in general, I am being honest when I have seen literal SHEETS of adopts with this mane as it is very simple yet looks nice. Piercings are definitely not unheard of on ponies, either.
Your character is very nice, and after careful consideration I have come to the decision that in my opinion, this artist did not copy your character's design.

I'm not entirely sure how you can find a design that happens to be similar to yours disrespectful, honestly.
This is coming from an artist whos character has had a background character that looks almost exactly like them show up before, in the actual show, years after initially creating them. I do not see how coincidence can be insulting.

Can you please stop saying taht I stole your oc ? a white/red oc pegasus is a very common color scheme for an oc pony, there are thousands of people who may have the same design just like her s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/7β¦ ; or her encrypted-tbn3.gstatic.com/imaβ¦ ! I also looked on your gallery, the ocs are different. I didn't know about you pony, and if I did, I would have drawn this one in a different way. Now the oc is sold, and it's over.Β
