Ok guys like with aireon I am getting rid of common and rare traits and only keeping uncommon because it's the only one being used. so it's no longer known as uncommon draceon, it's just draceon

Once again this eeveelution was inspired by these people:
Hitkid (he was wondering if Game freak was going to finally make a dragon type eevee)
Alaycii (She draws a lot of dragons, so I'm assuming she likes them)
dragonflame43243 (she loves dragons but Pokemon isn't her thing, hoping she likes this little fella though, at least a little)

Draceon is my fan made dragon type evolution of eevee

Pokedex entry: Draceon, the dragon fox Pokemon; Draceons tend to be hard to train due to their stubborn nature. When it's trained correctly it is one of the most skillful and loyal Pokemon. Draceons tend to live and travel alone in the wild rather than in groups. It is unwise to make a draceon angry. When draceon is angry it uses it's sharp fangs and hard bite to attack. It also uses it's sharp fangs and hard bite to kill its prey.

Uncommon draceon description design wise: For draceon size differs between male and female, male are taller and have longer horns while female are smaller and have shorter horns. For uncommon traits the horn curves around the ears. Has a feathery tip on the tail.

Uncommon draceon description color wise: For shiny draceon is dark gray with grey scales, claws, underbelly, inside of ears, and horns. Shiny draceon has purple eyes. For regular draceon is white with gray scales, claws, underbelly, inside of ears, and horns. Regular draceon has blue eyes.
