This is a gift for my friend Nathan from schoolIt's a ref of the glaceon OC I made him named Hoshi (which means star, she does have that star theme going on)
I decided to post it on here so he can see it whenever

Aww thanks Sassy I really love the design, I also like how the dangling parts of the headpiece are kind of like Celestia's hair from danganronpa (well a tiny bit, if it had another swirl maybe) because she is one of my fav characters from the series maybe even my over all fav but there are close 2nds XD
