I agree! This image has a lot of action that is somehow revolving around the feeder. The snow and depth of field adds to the motion. I believe part of the success is due to light reflection in snow on the ground, which is a double edged sword at times

Yeah, I generally dislike shooting in snow unless it's the focus of the picture. It almost always works against me. That feeder gets a ton of action in winter time.

Frankly, mine does too. This picture was taken at my Grandparents feeder, which is in a prime location. My feeder has to have several other feeders to draw in the birds, or nothing happens.

Nice contrast. Nice sharpness of the birds... I like the motion of this photo. Colors too. They are sharp and bright, yet still natural.
