FINALE of Les Miserables Laytonesque!Why did I even go on this Les Mis art spree?! Well, I had one last week of Winter Break, and I ended it with a bang after watching the Les Mis movie! Also, I haven't been drawing, so why not spur up some Les Mis?!
Each Les Mis artwork was made with LOTS of Research in drawing the Outfits Historically Accurate! I have provided references on each one, in case if you ever want to try your hand in drawing Les Mis!
Fun Fact: The color direction for this piece was inspired by the colors of the French flag (see here [link] ) - starting with Descole in a shade of blue, the middle screened with white, and ending with Layton's red band on his hat! Since Les Mis is a musical, you see splashes of music notes~

I absolutely love your casting (it's exactly what I came up with, despite the fact that I dislike the Clive/Flora pairing, I just couldn't see Emmy as Cossette....She's to badass.....So I made her Eponie, and I made Randall Enjolras ['Cause I can see him leading a rebellion.])

LOL IDK about that pairing (don't mind it at all actually), but I too thought Emmy would be Eponie (despite the age gap LOL)--And I somewhat did include her in my Les Mis series (not this picture, in another one--dare ya to check it out! 8DD) Ooo, never thought about using Randall, I just sticked with the major/reaccuring characters in Professor Layton.

I like this whole series of Professor Layton/Les Miserables crossover art! It's so well drawn and coloured considering it was in the last of the winter break!
The colours are so creative and how you've included the characters in Hershel's or Jean's coat! It's amazing

It's still in the process of being thought up at the moment though...trying to figure out who the two innkeepers would be... :'D Sadly enough and good enough, in two different ways, I already figured out who the ones at the barricade will be, much to the chagrin of one of my internet friends who RPs as one of them. :'D

Okay, I have a question and, this has been really bugging me, but which PL character would be really good at playing Thenardier and his wife? Because I am having so much trouble with this...I can see Lando and Sharon, possibly, but...then again, I can't see them doing it either...then I thought of Don Paolo as Thenardier, but then there's the problem of who'd be his wife...OTL Any advice or ideas? I would love the help...

I've been looking through the wiki for the past few days, but...nothing's really helped out very much with it...though, I'm debating over a few things...like who's going to be Enjolras and Grantaire. I've been thinking either Crow and Badger or Lando and Henry...so yeah...I'm just not sure...though I know who's going to be the captain of the army and stuff. XD Broneph and Targent. :'D
