I rendered a Stargate... sorry, this is the old one, i haven't made a scene with the the new version yet, maybe comes soon.I copied the idea of the scene from Mirko StΓΆdter, an incredibly talented 3D artist.

Did you model it yourself. I always wanted to make a fanart 3D render for stargate like the one I did for startrek voyager.
Is there any chance that you share your fantastic 3D mesh of the stargate?

First - thanks for this awsome critic 
I don't like the thought someone uses my mesh for... whatever. I don't use meshes from others either. You learn more if you model it yourself and invest time and love in it. Also, the results will be much better, just because you invested time in it and want this specific mesh to become ... special. Well, it's like that for me, I can't speak for everyone.
Additionally - even if I wanted to share the mesh I couldn't, because a terrifying hard-drive-crash killed like all my work. All I have is this picture of it
