Yes, Jean briefly had tentacles. She was pretty good with them too, as it looks like Wanda is about to find out.Generally I love telekinesis, but this is one of the few things comic books do with it that pisses me off. You can't just have someone rearrange molecules with telekinesis to do whatever they want. "Ooh, I'm changing my clothes into other clothes by telekinetically rearranging the molecules! Ooh, I'm turning invisible by telekinetically vibrating my molecules!" I was vaguely okay with Jean doing it back in the day, but that was because she was god-moding pretty hardcore thanks to the Phoenix force. (And even then, it was just changing clothes and Moira McTaggert notes that it's a pretty big deal.) Telekinesis is for moving objects. Let's keep it simple, folks.
Jean and Wanda belong to Marvel.

Well, thing is, really high end telekinesis is basically reality warping. After all, you are still moving things with your mind. Just really, really small things.

The molecule rearranging thing was pretty standard for Phoenix-Jeannie, not Marvel Girl-Jeannie. Rachel even commented once "Mom always drove Dad crazy whenever she rearranged his clothes" in an issue of Uncanny once she was a full-time member of the group. Funny that Rachel always had that power in all of her incarnations.

I find it amusing Wanda's asking if Jean can undo it. I don't see why'd she worry because she could use her own powers to switch it back.
