Interactive elements:
gratings, doors, smoke
To pose doors and smoke:
just move their bones
To make grating appear/disappear:
enable/disable it in Options -> Display accessories -> Optional Items
Attention: last feature works in new version of XPS Lara
If you have problems with texture's transparency try to switch off Backface Culling
