Taken when I went to San Diego a few years ago. I'm not sure what type of bird this is.EDIT: We've got a Rainbow Lorikeet right here, which is apparently often found in Australia. Thanks, *Urukhaiboy !

Indeed, some of your commenters were right. That is a Rainbow Lorikeet, otherwise known as a Lori. They are loud, playful, cuddly, cute and THE MESSIEST parrots on the planet. They naturally eat mostly fruits and other nectars, so their diet is very moist... and their doo is even moister.

Its a Rainbow Lorikeet I am making an assumption this was at the SD Zoo cause the in these birds come from my neck of the woods here in the land down under
