If you're interested in critic: The first one is imho too complex to be a logo, I think for that purpose the second one is better, but I really like the first one. It's splashy it's colorful, but it's rather for a shirt or a place where it is big, not for example on letter paper.
I think the bottom line is too dark at the second one..
