SpongeBob SquarePants calling Bluenose the Naval Tug a bully and a liar. I don't blame you, SpongeBob, because this BROWN-nosed S.O.B. thinks that orders should come before common sense. For instance, he orders Grampus the submarine to be blown up for target practice (because he labels Grampus as "too old for further service"), and then he doesn't listen to the other tugboats' advice when handling munitions with the Kraka-Toa, a powerful ship. Bluenose's careless antics eventually led to a big disaster, resulting in Big Mickey the crane sinking, and the Kraka-Toa exploding!
