I wanted to do another tribute to xXTheAngelsScribeXx 's fanfic "The Outside Characters" (and BlackWolfStar15's revival), so I decided to try doing the girls' mermaid forms when they visit Atlantica to find Ursula the Sea Witch. To start, here is xXTheAngelsScribeXx's OC, Hannah. I did the best I could with the Barbie movie dress-up game (the game I used for the dolls this time).
