Description

This guy's an antagonist OC for my upcoming Tugs fanfic. Tiberius Sullivan is the business partner for Jeremiah Clift's (the father of my other OC, Humphrey) woodcarving business in Vermont in the United States. He accompanies Jeremiah and Humphrey when the two of them decide to showcase their merchandise in Bigg City, England. Apparently, Sullivan thinks that Jeremiah's idea of making a deal with the Star Fleet to let the tugboats guide his merchandise ship into Bigg City Port is a grand idea. But secretly, Sullivan is working with Captain Zero and the Z-Stacks to put Captain Star and his fleet out of business. Sullivan also has heard rumors that Star may be hiding a mermaid in his harbor (my main OC Chloe), and he is secretly plotting to kidnap the mermaid and take her back to America to showcase across the country like a caged animal.

His voice actor is James Garner.

His inspirations include: Clayton (Tarzan), Commander Rourke (Atlantis: The Lost Empire), Charles Muntz (Up), Professor Screweyes (We're Back: A Dinosaur's Story), The Duke of Weselton (Frozen), Rameses II (The Prince of Egypt)
