And here's the list of villains I dislike or feel neutral to. (I'm going to put an asterix by the villains I feel neutral to while describing their flaws)

Because They're Annoying: Vernita Green (Kill Bill) Also known as "Copperhead", Vernita mostly spends her screentime ranting at Beatrix Kiddo (The Bride) on why she should've been named the "Black Mamba" of the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad". She is also a big-time potty mouth (like most Quentin Tarantino characters) to the point where it's not even funny IMO!

Because They're Insane: Margaret White (Carrie) Carrie's mother is very religious, but also very abusive. She repeatedly beats her daughter and locks her in a closet to pray for forgiveness, even when Carrie really didn't do anything at all! Seriously, I wish Carrie would've been reported to the authorities to go to a nicer foster family and put Margaret behind bars! On death row with an execution in the electric chair with a dry sponge!

Because They Don't Make Sense: Sarousch (The Hunchback of Notre Dame 2) One of the lamest Disney villains ever! He's a cliched thief who wants to steal a beautiful bell in Notre Dame, and his character is just poorly written! Even Frollo (more on him later) has better qualities than him!

Because They're Weak: Count Grisham (The Scarecrow) As much as I enjoy this underrated animated gem, I despise the antagonist. He's a loud-mouthed arrogant jerk, and a Gaston-wannabe. 'Nuff said.

Because Their Motivations Fall Flat: Drake (The Pebble and the Penguin) Here we have another arrogant fool who wants power over the leading lady and get rid of the hero. Luckily for our protagonist, Hubie, Drake's motivations to make Marina his mine eventually fall flat in the end.

Because of Their Ideals: Sideshow Bob (The Simpsons)* This is the first villain I'm actually neutral to, but I'm gonna list why I dislike him. Ever since Bart busted him for framing Krusty in a robbery, Bob has always wanted to kill the eldest Simpson child. Bart is one of my favorites, and he does not deserve to die at the hands of this maniac!

Because of Subtext: Mrs. Carmody (The Mist) This fanatic is another religious freak like Margaret White; when aliens invade the town, she sees them as punishment/wrath from God, and forms a team to make sacrifices (i.e., sending survivors of the Mist out of the store to get eaten alive by the aliens). Thank God she was eventually turned against by the citizens!

Because They're a Stereotype: Princess Morbucks (The Powerpuff Girls) This annoying brat is the epidemy of a stereotypical spoiled and bratty rich child. More than anything, she wants to be a Powerpuff Girl, but she will never get her wish if she keeps whining and lisping about it all the time!

Because They're Wangsty: Earl of Lemongrab (Adventure Time) This guy is one of the reasons I don't watch this show. I've seen clips of him on YouTube, and he has THE MOST ANNOYING VOICE of any cartoon character I've ever known! Not to mention the fact that he throws tantrums a lot! "UNACCEPTABLE!"

Because They're Bland: Marina Del Ray (The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning) Thank God I've never watched the whole movie - honestly one of the worst Disney sequels/midquels/prequels of all time! I'm not sure if she's supposed to be related to Ursula and Morganna or anything, but even Morganna has better characteristics than Marina!

Because They're Traumatizing: The Firefighter Clown (The Brave Little Toaster) When I was younger, I could watch the Air Conditioner scene, the B-Movie Show song, and the Worthless number, but whenever THIS guy came on, I had to run away or change the channel! We never get an explanation why this clown is here, but one thing is certain - this nightmare sequence is NOT for coulrophobics!

Because of Their Indolence: Lady Tremaine (Cinderella) This wicked stepmother takes her jealousy of Cinderella's beauty upon her poor stepdaughter by making her an indentured servant. She never helps her, encourages her daughters Anastasia and Drizella to tear Cindy's dress, and eventually locks poor Cindy in her own bedroom to keep her from trying on the glass slipper! Truly one of the meanest Disney villainesses of all time!

Because of Their Bad Performance: Smiler (The Emoji Movie) This is truly one of THE WORST animated films of all time, and the villainess is no exception when it comes to the major flaws! I've seen WAY better performances from Maya Rudolph, and Smiler's motivations don't make sense!

Because They're an Abhorrent Cliche: Steele (Balto) We have yet ANOTHER Gaston or Prince Hans-wannabe, here! Steele is very vain, arrogant, selfish, and wants power over Balto's love interest, Jenna. He is also very vicious to the titular wolf-dog, and he even encourages his teammates to join in the bullying! If you ask me, he deserves much worse than being ditched by the other dogs at the end. (I might include elements of a deleted scene of Steele's death at the end of my Balto fanfic)

Because They're Idiotic: Mayor Larry Vaughn (Jaws) This guy is a stereotypical bad mayor who doesn't care. The only things that matter to him are his popularity and money from tourism to Amitty Island. When a killer shark invades the beaches and eats the swimmers, Mayor Vaughn just DOESN'T listen to Chief Brody or Matt Hooper's pleas to close the beach. But it isn't until after the 4th of July attack that he changes his mind. Some mayor!

Because They're Too Smug: Draco Malfoy (Harry Potter) This annoying kid acts like he just doesn't care, and enjoys taunting our protagonist with a stupid, smug grin. But he's not NEARLY as bad as the next Harry Potter baddie...

Because They're Cringe-Inducing: Dolores Umbridge (Harry Potter) This fat and pompous b**ch has the cruelest of punishments and the meanest of personalities. Even though Imelda Staunton did a great job at playing her, that's one of the reasons this character makes me cringe!

Because They Have No Personality: The Bear (The Fox and the Hound) I don't understand why people are obsessed with this scary grizzly! It viciously attacks Copper, Tod, and Amos Slade, and it has no emotions shown! I mean, I grew up in Alaska, and I know that this bear is really demented, and I've never liked watching it savagely go after our heroes!

Because They Try Too Hard: Chris Hargenson (Carrie) This mean c**t hates poor Carrie White more than anything. If you think Margaret White is bad, Chris is a monster! After getting kicked out of the prom, she and her boyfriend, Billy Nolan, prepare a mean prank by putting pig's blood in a bucket to drench poor Carrie on the special night. Then, after the prank goes wrong and Carrie wrecks havoc, Chris tries to run her over with her car. Luckily, Carrie uses her telekinesis to stop the car and make it turn over before it explodes.

Because They Lack Redeeming Qualities: Chi-Fu (Mulan) I know he isn't technically listed as an official Disney "villain" per se, but that doesn't mean he's a good guy. In my opinion, the Emperor's majordomo is just like Frollo from The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Steele from Balto, General Mandible from Antz, and Rameses from The Prince of Egypt. He is a mean sexist who shames practically everyone he meets. Heck, he doesn't even care if Mulan saves everyone from the Huns! Like Steele, Chi-Fu is "positively dis... POSABLE!"

Because They're Gruesome: Clarence Boddicker (Robocop) As much as I like Kurtwood Smith's portrayal of Red Foreman on That 70's Show, I also cringe when I see him as cop-hating Clarence Boddicker in the original Robocop. I always get shudders when he and his gang shoot Alex Murphy to death, and Clarence just doesn't care. (even though I know he was just doing his job for Dick Jones, the senior president of OCP)

Because They're Poorly Redeemed: Anck-su-Namun (The Mummy Returns) High Priest Imhotep's love, who committed suicide after she and Imhotep murdered the pharaoh and the high priest promised to resurrect Anck-su-Namun. She officially comes back to life after Meela Nais (her reincarnate) kills herself, and Imhotep revives her with the Book of the Dead. Then, she and Imhotep travel with the captured Alex O'Connell to take them to the oasis of Ahm Shere in order to kill the Scorpion King and use his army to rule the world. The reasons I dislike her are: A. She heartlessly kills Evy (but Evy is resurrected by her son); and B. She abandons her beloved Imhotep as the oasis disappears. Thank goodness she fell into a pit of scorpions (or possibly scarabs) to die at the end!

Because They're Poorly Established: Dawn Bellwether (Zootopia) I'm usually neutral to plot twist villains, but Bellwether's sudden change of personality confuses me. We never get any hints of her diabolical scheme in the movie (even Hans gets a few hints of his true intentions in Frozen), and the story makes us WAIT TILL THE VERY LAST quarter of the movie to see the true Bellwether.

Because They Never Face Comeuppance: J. Worthington Fowlfellow and Gideon (Pinocchio)* I'm also neutral to them; there are instances where they make me laugh, but I can't help but criticize at how we never see them again after Pinocchio is taken to Pleasure Island. Like, do they get punished for their crimes, or what?

Because They Hurt the Series: Puffy Fluffy (Spongebob Squarepants: A Pal For Gary) Do not be fooled by its cute appearance like Spongebob was. This monster can transform into a huge beast that terrifies poor Gary! I've never seen this episode, but I've heard of it. In it, Spongebob sees that his pet snail, Gary, is lonely, and decides to find a friend for him. Not only is Spongebob COMPLETELY IGNORANT of Gary's fears for Puffy Fluffy, but Puffy Fluffy turns out to be mean, horrifying, and sadistic! (I'm not surprised this episode is from a "modern" season)

Because of How They Affect Others: Percy Wetmore (The Green Mile)* I also have a love-hate feeling for this guy, but let's reflect on how mean he is. He is a spoiled, twenty-something brat who never grew up; he bullies other inmates (particularly Del); he's a sociopath; and he ultimately screws up Del's execution by refusing to wet the sponge for the electric chair. What Percy needs is not only a good spanking, but also to be tied to a turntable and have people spin him around and throw food at him (exactly what those French-fried f**kers did to Quasimodo at the Feast of Fools)!

Because They Lack Emotion: Nurse Ratched (One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest) This mean nurse has no expressions on her face throughout the movie (except for an "I don't care and I don't give a f**k" face the whole time), and she shows no respect for her mental patients. God, she makes me cringe!

Because They're Irrelevant: Walter Peck (Ghostbusters) This Environmental Protection Agency agent is one of those villains I simply cannot relate, and no one else can, either! He's a cool and collected a**hole who wants to put the Ghostbusters out of business in order to protect his precious environment. Thank God he got smothered in marshmallow cream at the end when the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man exploded!

Because of Their Fanbase: Mr. Hyde (The Pagemaster) I don't understand why people are practically in love with this terrifying dude! (no offense, btw) If the fact that he's scary doesn't upset me, it's the fact that he has a very toxic and bothersome fanbase. 'Nuff said.

Because They're Overrated: Eric Cartman (South Park) This fat brat from the titular mountain town in Colorado is annoying, psychotic, and just plain mean! Sure, he has his funny moments, but he is highly overrated, and his fanbase gets old pretty quick.

Because They Do Not Age Well: Swackhammer (Space Jam) This fat alien who wants to enslave the Looney Tunes is just a piece of garbage who lacks redeeming qualities and just an extraterrestrial a**hole in general. Not only that, but his character can be lame, and I can't stand him! Kudos to the Monstars/Nerdlucks as they stuffed him in a rocket and sent him back to Moron Mountain!

Because Their Lines Are Trash: Mrs. Mavilda (The Christmas Tree) Thank you, Doug Walker! If you wanna know why this annoying orphanage mistress has such sh**ty lines, watch the Nostalgia Critic's review of this movie to save you any misery from watching the original Christmas Tree. Of course, all the other characters in that special have bad lines and such, too, but Mrs. Mavilda really takes the cake for her constantly-shifting personality and script that makes no sense.

Because of Their Impact: Judge Claude Frollo (The Hunchback of Notre Dame) This guy is my least favorite Disney villain for a number of reasons. He's terrifying, he's sadistic, and his actions are unforgivable! Need I say more?

Because They're Written Too Well: Lucifer (Cinderella) If his wicked mistresses aren't bad enough, this cat really is! (when I was a little girl I used to throw tantrums whenever I saw Lucifer harassing with the mice and birds) Anyway, as I've said numerous times before, Lucifer is a screen hog - there's too many scenes of cat and mouse fights between him and Cinderella's mouse friends. So you know, I do have to give Kenneth Branagh credit for ceasing the amount of animal scenes in the live action version.

BECAUSE I DO: Fairy Godmother (Shrek 2) This magical b**ch is just selfish and mean! She thinks that ogres aren't meant to live happily ever after, and she wants Fiona to marry her spoiled and arrogant son, Prince Charming! I've hated her from the very beginning!
