Description

The title is from a verse in the song "Part of Your World" from The Little Mermaid. Unlike Ariel, however, Chloe (my Tugs OC, pictured) spent most of her young life as a human before she was given back her magic shell whistle at age 18; she was found with the shell whistle as a human by OJ the paddle steamer before she was taken back to Bigg City, and she had no memories of her life as a mermaid due to getting hit in the head by a shark's tail fin.

But here, Chloe is very content as an adult mermaid, and she uses her shell whistle to turn back and forth from a mermaid to a human, and vise versa.
