I always wondered why certain ppl are bothered when someone compares animals to children? These ppl acknowledge that animal abuse is terrible, but they feel the NEED to emphasize that ANIMALS ARE ANIMALS AND NOT HUMAN CHILDREN. It's like they're still excusing the actions of the abusers. As if it was a little more okay to abuse a non-human animal than a human. Abuse is still abuse! No matter how you look at it.

These ppl suffer a very insidious philosophical world view called anthropocentrism . I don't need to mention what messed up faith or even humanistic outlook they adhere to. They seem most prevalent in the English speaking countries. They also tend to be very prejudiced against ppl who have a different philosophy or sets of values and priorities than they do.

ahh you should probably make this mature content (not 18+ you know what i mean) bc of triggers but

I feel like the thumbnail and title are warning enough. You can search "self harm" or "gore" or "cuts" or "cutting" or "intestines" or "bleeding dog" etc and find images ten times worse than this that have no filters.
If someone reports it and the staff forces it to be filtered then so be it. I don't care. But considering all the other images that remain unfiltered, I personally don't think it needs one.

While i get your mentality; I do think you should filter it. Reporting it rarely does anything because I've reported images ages ago, and have yet to see them censored or removed.
Additionally - It's not like typing "Abuse" is the only way this piece will come up. Any tags you made, any title, any word in the description - Even comments I'm pretty sure can make it come up in the search.
I feel like the logic you're going by right now is, "If he can do it - so can I!" logic - which is kind of... not really logic as much as it is self-entitlement?
I mean, as an Artist - what other people do isn't your responsibility; What you do is your responsibility. Simply "Not caring" is just ignorance if anything.
Thus, appropriately tagging your work is no one's responsibility but your's - It shouldn't have to be reported, youΒ should tag it becauseΒ youΒ should know better.
I feel like this is one of those "Two wrongs doesn't make a right" moments, but I'll leave it at that because I'm not judging you or anything - I'm just making a point. x'D
That aside a nice piece with an interesting take on how the different forms of abuse take effect with a subtle hint of dramatization to get the point across; nicely played and well colored!
