Just what I needed, right? This little button came seeking some rest and water and will be ready to go again, either tonight or tomorrow. It's hard for city birds to find water, but this one seems content to kick back on some 100% cotton batting and let me give it drops of water with a syringe. When my neighbour brought it to me, I thought "Why are you bringing me a dead bird?" Turns out it wasn't dead, just doing a Monty Python impression. Now to see if it turns into a newt then gets better.Related content

Poor little sparrow! I wonder if she wasn't heat exhausted or something or if she's just a fledgling!
My sparrows are stripping the seeds out of my feeders daily and getting ready for their trips south. Even my Ravens are talking about leaving and I'm wondering about the Winter.
