¿Mencione que soy fan de digimon? y me gusta mucho RWBY, asi que no es una sorpresa juntar ambas franquicias.

Luego de ver un fanart de Digimon, me pregunte ¿Que digimon seria bueno para Ruby? pense mucho sobre esto, los pros y contras y eso.

Pense en el mas obvio, Palmon, cuya evolucion final es Rosemon, pero me dije, no seria muy divertido emparejarla con un digimon asi, ya que la referencia a plantas quedaria mejor con Summer Rose.

Otra opcion fue uno de mis favoritos personales, Guilmon, cuya evolucion final es Dukemon, pero lo descarte luego de pensarlo un poco.

Guilmon aunque comparte cosas con Ruby, y su personalidad seria entrañable para Ruby, no creo que sea el mas indicado para ella. Para empezar Guilmon seria casi del mismo tamaño de Ruby en su forma Child y no muy veloz para correr junto a ella, cosas que harian que cuando Ruby quiera usar su semblance sea mas complicado para ella moverlo, no digo que no pueda, solo que seria incomodo.

Esto no mejora en Growmon, no solo es mas grande, resistente y fuerte, cosas que no pegan con Ruby, la cual se enfoque en la velocidad y en esquivar para luego contratacar.
Growmon es grande y lento, no podria ayudar de inmediato a Ruby en sus combates, y se cansaria rapidamente al intentar mantener el ritmo de ella, aunque para Ruby seria genial subirse a un digimon asi, queria un digimon que pudiera luchar junto a Ruby, como un duo.

Como MegaloGrowmon o WarGrowmon, como lo conozcan, es mas de lo mismo, y no tengo nada que decir sobre Dukemon, creo que seria perfecto para Ruby, excepto por sus pre evoluciones.

Otro seria Hackmon, otro de mis favoritos, que ademas usa una capa como Ruby. Lo descarte porque aunque me gusta Hackmon y definitivamente Jesmon, mi problema es con BaoHackmon y SaviorHackmon, no tienen identidad propia como digimon, BaoHacksmon es una version un poco mas grande que Hackmon, son casi iguales cosa que no me gusta mucho, el cambio entre Agumon y Greymon se nota por ejemplo, no puedes confundir uno con el otro, lo mismo para con SaviorHackmon, es un Jesmon mas pequeño.

Otra opcion fue Loogamon, un lobo Warg, y podria usarse como una referencia a little Red Riding Hood, y aunque podria facilmente emparejarlo con Ruby, no quise hacerlo porque es un digimon prototipo, y aparte de la referencia no tiene otra conexion con ella, lo descarte porque creo que Gammamon si comparte mas caracreristicas con Ruby.

Escogi a Gammamon, porque es pequeño en su forma Child y podria moverse con facilidad con Ruby usando su semblance, sentarse en su hombro al pasear etc... ademas de que su personalidad seria muy entrañable para Ruby, quien podria actuar como una hermana mayor para el, y no una figura materna como seria el caso con Guilmon.

En su forma de BetelGammamon esta muy equilibrado en poder, velocidad, fuerza, agilidad etc... capaz de hacer ataques en conjunto con Ruby. En su forma de Canoweissmon, si omites el nombre de Weiss en el, es un dragon, enfocado en la velocidad, vuelo, y ataques de luz, imaginate si Ruby pudiera combinar el poder de sus ojos plateados con Canoweissmon.

Y finalmente Siriusmon, cuyo nombre hace referencia a la estrella mas brillante del cielo, cuyos brazos son dos cañones que pueden transformarse en espadas, ademas de que su apariencia es similar a la de un caballero, con capa y todo.

La linea haria referencia a los heroes
Gammamon haria referencia al lado adorable e infantil de Ruby, asi como la adiccion de Ruby por las galletas y Gammamon con los chocolates.
BetelGammamon seria el novato en los digimon del equipo RWBY haciendo referencia al espiritu juvenil y temerario de Ruby.
Cannoweissmon haria referencia al poder de sus ojos plateados y su personalidad justiciera.
Y finalmente Siriusmon, el heroe, lo que aspira a convertirse Ruby.

Emparejar a Gammamon con Weiss solo por el color y el nombre de su forma perfecta me parece algo desconcertante, ¿Donde esta escrito que un digimon debe compartir colores con su tamer, o deban compartir nombres?

To begin with, Guilmon would be almost the same size as Ruby in her Child form and not very fast to run alongside her, things that would make it more difficult for her to move when Ruby wants to use her semblance, I'm not saying that she can't, it just would be uncomfortable.

This doesn't improve on Growmon, it's not only bigger, more resistant and stronger, things that don't go well with Ruby, which focuses on speed and dodging and then counterattacking.
Growmon is big and slow, he couldn't immediately help Ruby in her fights, and he would tire quickly trying to keep up with her, although for Ruby it would be great to get on a digimon like that, he wanted a digimon that could fight alongside Ruby, like a duet

In his Canoweissmon form, if you omit Weiss's name in it, he is a dragon, focused on speed, flight, and light attacks, imagine if Ruby could combine the power of her silver eyes with Canoweissmon.

And finally Siriusmon, whose name refers to the brightest star in the sky, whose arms are two cannons that can be transformed into swords, plus his appearance is similar to that of a knight, cape and all.
