If its really interesting I'd give it a shot. Got a bit on my plate at the moment, but it never hurts. Who knows. If its really neat I'll look into it.

Ok my idea is
1. Make the girl with long dark brown hair with a line of blue
2. Her eyes are green
3. Her skin color is white
4.Make her eating a bunch of cupcakes by another girl with long dark red hair (chubby)
With that girls skin color tan and black glasses
5. The girl with brown hair make her with a light blue shirt and the girl with read hair put her with a black shirt

Lucina's one of those characters I have too much respect for to write about being fat, or to commission someone else to draw.
