You make it sound like I am selling jackie chan adventures on DVD myself. I am selling my own physical creation, inspired by a tv show. You will find lego zelda swords, mario mobius strips, or my little pony figures on shapeways dot com. These creations are made 100% by the creator. Now if these models were ripped from some sort of game that would be eligible for legal issues. My objects have a uses, and I do draw inspirations from things but I do not advertise the actual product as a sole copy, because it is not, it also has plenty of design choices of my own put into the model. Sites like Etsy would be in grave danger with the amount of physical material with material inspired roots.
Also I swear this show wasnt on Cartoon Network, I thought it was a Kids WB thing...

Very nice, but would selling these be considered a case of copyright infringement? I don't want to spoil the party, but I would be careful, unless you were given permission from Cartoon Network to sell them. Making work based on existing copyright material is relatively harmless, but actually selling them and making money off of it could get you in trouble.

Well, No such product has been made before, and though they are indeed inspired from the show I have made these items from the ground up myself as if it was a triforce necklace on Etsy.com
If someone from the JCA team asks me to take them down I gladly will out of respect, but shapeways is an open model selling source. If I were to have taken the game models of bioshock and sold it on shapeways as is I would certainly be in a lot of trouble. Also dont believe JCA was ever on cartoon network, that was kids WB yo.
