Interesting... especially the angle and point of view.
I like how all of the colours seem to complement each other and work with the tone to convey the atmosphere and mood. It's great how you've sort of directed our perspective, in a sense...

Yes, the perspective of this work could be confusing.
It's photographed over my breast, you can see my legs and i have black shorts on, maybe this is a little bit confusing and the backround is black, too. ( i'm lying on a black couch ).
