Look at the art work of Chun-Li Zang - The Female Street Fighter from China. An Interpolation Officer who wants revenge for the death of his father at the hands of General M. Bison. Her fighting abilities are as quick as lightning especially her lightning kicks. She also used her fireball ability called Kikoken which is pretty effective. Her costumes in the Street Fighter are very hot especially this picture. Of course, she is one of the best known female fighters of the longest running fighting game franchise by Capcom. In my opinion to this drawing, That is really hot to handle.

Well, I'm no artist to give an accurate critic, but I'll do my best.
This work is awesome. The look on Chun Li face like thinking 'IΒ΄ve finally stopped Bison, Father' is too good. Too real.
The art, the shape and body of Chun Li are very well done. As I said before, her expression is exactly as I think Chun Li would look like if she defeat Bison. Also good you chose the alternate outfit. I respect her traditional fighting outfit, but that one is simply gorgeous, like if she was on a spy mission or something.
Maybe my complain could be the actual scene (not the drawing). Looks like Chn Li beat Bison 'perfect', she isn't hurt or a bit hurt, but that's optional. Still love the fact of a Triumphant Chun Li over the omnipotent mighty Bison.

I think it's one of the most wonderful and excellent Chun-Li art that you really made. I'm pretty amazed that you made the rain effects, it almost looks like I'm watching a Ghost in the Shell Episode all because it's Film Noir. I absolutely really love Chun-Li's outfit which is her Alternate costume that you made on there. It's perfect that you have Chun-Li sitting on Bison when she defeated him. I also love how you did Chun-Li's face; I even love how you everything else on Chun-Li. I do have my most interest in every Chun-Li art including yours. I do highly recommend favoriting this art. It's cool and it's a pretty good Street Fighter and Film Noir style art. This really amazes me.

Criticism Requested? Okie-dokie.
Technically speaking, this is gorgeous work. Shading is spot on, the rain looks glorious, the hair is waving in the breeze, you can actually pick out individual strands... excellent attention to detail.
I like the mossy cobblestone look, too; it feels very appropriate. The clothing feels... odd. Again, it looks great; shadows and hi-lights work out well, the colors contrast and draw the eye, and the forms tell a story.
The problem is in the story they tell.
Consider Bison; on hands and knees, arms exposed, but not bruised or damaged. His hat is off, but hair slicked back like it was recently combed. It doesn't look like he was fighting as much as something tore a sleeve off.
Consider Chun-Li; standing with her legs locked around Bison's head, hands in fists, looking up to the sky in what appears to be an evening gown/leotard deal. Again, her hair is perfect, her clothes undamaged, and no signs of a battle. She doesn't look tired, just relieved. Then there's Chun-Li in a non-standard costume with a lot more skin exposed than normal. She seems... passive in her stance, like the deed is done.
So what's the story? Well...
Bison's hat is knocked off, and he's on hands and knees. Again, there's no blood or signs of a fight, just positioning, so this was coreographed somehow. Which means Chun-Li is in on it. Bison is known for mindfuckery, so path of least resistance, coupled with Chun-Li's posture and expression... and I'm not certain this is Chun-Li's victory. A movie rendering would be possible; perfect hair forever, but in universe, Bison has some damn weird kinks is all I'm sayin'.
That said, note Bison's head. It was bugging me for the longest time how it didn't really seem to fit where it was. A neck-breaker works by leveraging the join from head to shoulders, usually bracing against the jaw or the skull itself. Since Chun-Li's leg doesn't deform from the pressure, it makes Bison's head all floaty. Hm... actually, I somehow missed Bison's right shoulder... that might be dislocated. If you tilted the arm out away from the center, that probably would've worked better... instead it kind of just shows up as a big lump at Chun Li's hip.
I've one other concern... I didn't know this was Chun Li. That's mostly costume; Chun Li has anime face, so features are harder to work with, and fighting in a bright blue dress with hip high slits, or the spandex thing tend to be what people remember. The thing is contrast. At this point, it's not the face that draws people in off the bat. Dead center is her chest. And it's a _marvelous_ chest, but because it's such a sharp contrast to everything around it, the eye gravitates towards it. Seriously; it's surrounded by black on all sides, while her face has a light rain haze giving it a vague halo.
Now why care about the costume? Well... she looks like a Shadowloo agent. And there's no part of that outfit that says fighting, save what could be wrist weights, and maybe flats for her shoes. Not a bad issue except for the story it tells.

I want to ask in a humble way if I could
- set the colors on black and white
- print and
- recolor the artwork (with credit to the artist) to learn more and do justice to your Art, and the character

Bison's head should be turned around so he can fully enjoy the experience. That expression chun li's making looks like she's receiving quite a release from that position too.

The perspective is... strange.
Bison's face seems on the ground, but according to the place in which she grabbed her with her legs, that's just impossible.
But the characters/coloration are excellent.
