Looks great. The funny thing is though that she's not really an android (a full robot) despite her name... more like a bionic girl, or transhuman.

I'm sorry, I'm probably going to be the only downer here in this whole group of "OMG! SO AWESOME!" comments, but that right arm is annoying me like crazy >.< You had the intention of foreshortening, your really did with how the hand is larger than the head and such. But the bend in the arm is too much that it shouldn't achieve the distance that the hand is from the body. It makes it look like the arm could reach the ground if she holds it to her side. For posing and visual interest, I understand why you made it the way it is but maybe a bit of reworking on it would of fixed it. That's the only thing that's bothering me about this piece.

I have no idea why. For some reason every other time I saw this picture, I thought Android 18 was holding a frying pan as a weapon in her left hand. I see now that it is actually Cell's tail. I may need to get my eyes checked.
