The exterior details, such as the staircase and the wire thingy don't have the right anti-aliasing elements.

Maybe adding another shade solely for anti-aliasing, unless of course, there are palette limitations which I can totally understand.
Perhaps making the staircase outlines lighter?
The only way to go if you don't have matching colours is to anti-alias like heck so they are fooled into looking like they blend with each other.
