Each tile is 16x16 pixels. If you're having trouble with the size or your game making program I don't know how to help you, sorry.

Trees. Smaller than the ones I usually make. Which is to say standard size for lots of games. The lower left ones are meant for use in FireRed (and similar?) games and use the same color palette as the standard trees for that game.

Not really. I don't make games myself so I suppose I unconsciously mimic the size of other people's tiles because it seems like my tiles would get more use that way. Or something.
