Your colouring has improved a lot!
Just a few suggestions - When doing glows, remove the lineart that outlines the area you want to glow, in this case the details on the outfit. It'll just make the glow more believable.
Also, the skin tone is slightly pink.
Other than that, it looks pretty cool! Love the shine on the black.
