Description
Working on this drawing has really demonstrated the differences in the display on my tablet and my laptop monitor. My laptop's display is a touch darker and a touch greener. You'll want to download for the largest view.
So I don't really have a story for this character. I was inspired by the photos of Lupita Nyong'o at the Golden Globes, because seriously have you seen anyone that elegant ever? www.usmagazine.com/uploads/ass…
Anywho, the lamp's staff is supposed to be made from partially polished coral. I didn't give her any armour, but she has a sword for some reason. The rest is pearls and silver, mostly. Have I mentioned my new tablet is awesome?

I love all those pearls. And the wings. And the tippet sleeves.

I played a roleplaying game where you could get (or find) some really expensive armor that looked like robes. Not the best armor, but the same as basic scale.
This is fantastic!

Yeah, I guess it could work as mage robes/armour. Thanks

doesn't have to be a mage's! (most of my mages wear really tough scale, its cheaper...) fabric armor, or magically hardened clothing is great for anyone who relies on dexterity. I have lots of fighters who prefer it because you don't need armor if they can't hit you, but just in case you know?

That's true, I hadn't thought about the dexterity angle. That would probably be ideal for this character
