The design and shading are great, but the neck, chin, and nose are disproportionately large. His right shoulder and waist look a little small, too. I think you can fix most of this by making his neck smaller in the back (like, sloping down to his shoulders) and making the top of his shoulder/arm joint a little bigger.
I like how you did the fire. There's a certain surrealism to it, but I think that works in the piece's favor, because that surrealism makes the fire look like snakey tentacles, and the T-Veronica virus is known to give its infectees both burning blood and plant-/insect-like tentacles.

Oh yeah, that makes sense. I knew something looked off but i didn't want to invest a lot of time into figuring out what it was
