so ended up with making my own ...
yup, there are lots of mac os skins for RD but
i haven't seen anything that is really close to the latest Mac OSX dock.
i'm just adding this to my released deviations to share with everyone else ...

but one thing that bugs me
and that is can you guys create something original for windows
i mean can u guys stop trying to mimic the mac(i know it looks coll but how about somethinng that looks better than windows...we r windows users rite???))

so decided to create this also for those hardcore mac osx lovers.
