Hi guys, for Christmas I upgraded my dads Soviets for Bolt Action, I was able to get my hands on a Soviet starter army box and I added a lot to the existing forces. The two existing squads were rounded up with the rifle squad gaining two light machine guns for some added punch. Plus I also cloned these two veteran squads along with the creation of the point free inexperienced rifle squad of 12, a medium mortar with a spotter, the lieutenant now has a second bodyguard, we also have an anti-tank rifle tank, a commissar with two bodyguards and a T-34/85. I wanted to make my dads forces on par with my German forces in terms of firepower and flexibility and I used my German forces as a template to help build this force as it stands, yeah in a reinforced platoon you can't have more then one tank but we can bend the rules a little and there is a force org chart that can allow you to field multiple tanks at once. Also what I built isn't everything in the box, I only used about half of the infantry overall, so there is still a tone of room for expanding on these Soviets.
