An homage to those patriots that serve, to the Navy and of course our great country. What doesn't say liberty and freedom more than a flag wrapped around a lovely blond woman? Like Miss January, this was Miss July, drawn to emphasize Independence day.Drawn in pencil, inked and painted in photoshop 2004.
