Anyone has the ability to fuse, but it's not like they're putting up shoddily made fused canon sprites. They're actually drawing out they're vision of what the splice would look like. That's why they're worth 50. Or at least, I think that's part of the reason why.

Technically, no. Because the concept of combining the two pokemon was ~Magpieradio 's idea, not Nintendo's. The parts may belong to the pokemon franchise, but not the whole.

I suppose so, but the thing is, I'm fairly certain that Nintendo wouldn't file a lawsuit against anyone for it, though. After all, then they would have to sue every single person who has ever sold Pokemon related plushies, stickers, commissions of any kind, adoptables, etc., and they probably don't have nearly enough time for that. I may be completely wrong, though, but that's how I see it.

That's fine. I disagree. c:

50 points might seem much for it (I find all fusions easy to do, in fact, since I've been doing it for 1,5 years), but that equals half a dollar and that's not much at all. The design isn't the most complicated of ones, but it's more than just slapping wings and antennae at a Vulpix. I respect your opinion, though. c: Yet if it sells, then it sells. I'm not forcing anyone to adopt it.

yeah- i don't get upset easiy. unless someone disregards my art completely (hopefully i wasn't doing that ) , sends stuff to my group which is completely against the rules after i've told them or sent me a note after i ask them speciffically not to.
