Probably been done like 1000 times by now but so what, it's cute. xD I know Fallout is supposed to be based on the 1950s but V-J Day was in 1945, close enough for me!For this I used GalooGameLady 's tutorial on drawing over screenshots . ;D

Micah Arclight, Sole Survivor. I'm a strength-melee build, primary weapon is a legendary Kneecapper super sledge souped up with a stun pack. Yes, I am running around in a Grognak the Barbarian costume. BEST ARMOR IS BESSST. I can one-shot deathclaws and mirelurk queens in that getup, no bullshit...

Maybe it's not really original, but with your style it is! I love how you play with expressions and gestures.
Perhaps, it miss some strong shadows for me, it will add some volume. For the texture too, I think it looks a little too flat.
