I like them. Do they have a story somewhere that I could read? If not, perhaps the person who commissioned you could write one.
On second thought, I am forming a story in which the two main characters are in a similar situation, although she has her arms in casts.

As far as I know, they're characters from this game, Left 4 Dead 2, so probably only the game has a story, though some games spawn comics and the likes.
