Description They're so surprised because Rude's costume is completely out of character for him--or is it?

Costumes:

Tseng and Elena--MIB (Men In Black)
Reno--Homemade Pumpkin Costume (which is why it's so crappy)
Rude--A Kitty. With Sunglasses. And a blue suit.



This was done for *Slinkers 's Halloween Contest .

I've never tried to draw Tseng and Elena before.
