Inside, at the time, there was a lot going on and a lot I wanted to express but felt I could not; I didn't trust my own feelings or that if I did they would be understood and so decided to keep it inside as much as I could: I still had the need to share my quiet and felt this the best way to share and still remain verbally silent.

I am often more comfortable being uncomfortable; being vulnerable makes me feel free.
