Description
Another quick upload, this time some Saint Seiya art with Hades and Persephone, as I am obsessed with this couple.I used paint, markers and colored pens to color in the background and characters.
Hades missing his wife Persephone, who he hasn't seen in centuries when Athena and Poseidon's conflict killed her, which made Hades take part in the war so he can avenge Persephone's death and bring her back to life as the daughter of the earth.
Persephone's design belongs to Sunney90 Β
I don't own Saint Seiya/ Knights of the Zodiac

I like how you shaded her hair here, it brought a lot of life into it. I see some flaws but hey, you're getting better and better

Me to, I was always fascinated by the myth and I think persephone went with hades willingly and knew the consequences of eating the pomegranate seeds so she can be with him. She was said to be more feared than her husband and handed out the worst punishments to sinners and was a great queen with her furries as her own police force.
Thank you tik tok has helped me with drawing techniques and Iβve been obsessed since and started getting inspiration again

It is
Some say Demeter is the villain and was jealous of persephones powers as she made things grow while Demeter harvests them. And when persephone became queen she basically became goddess of life and death

Same, it seemed to me Zeus Hermes and hades rescued persephone and Zeus saw Demeter stunting persephones potential and kept her naive of the world around her.
I think maybe when persephone returns to the earth she is still separated from Demeter so Demeter canβt do anything to sabotage persephones powers anymore.
