I did a series of countdown drawing for my animation "Pin & Pon". Each of them represented a number of how many days left before the animation is available. Whenever Pin is in the scene, she always create Arabic numerals with her color power. And whenever Pon is the main character, she construct the Roman numerals with her patterns... But in the last day Pin decided to being the star again, and splashed the number "1" full with colors
. Pon doesn't look that pleasant in the last one tho.I always try to present Pin with variety of colors, letting the color balanced themselves. and this is in contrast with Pon's case. Whenever Pon is in the drawing, I try to let the pattern itself balance the whole drawing, and the color is toned down with only a mysterious purple shine through the pattern. In the last picture, Pin and Pon both show up, and create a unbalance feeling between color and pattern. As the pattern is been obstructed by color, and color also get dirty because of pattern's ink. And their interaction in the last drawing also hinted what will happen in the animation.

I think you did a really great job of representing each number in their own unique way with four different pictures. All of them have their own special charms and fit each of their personalities, especially with the soft glow patterns too. You've done an impressive job with representing the beauty of each drawing individually and make it more appealing with the poses and expressions.
