Another first when I got the hang of my airbrush for the glowy parts...a little to much the hang of actually. My favorite part of the piece is the mushrooms...you will all find that I love to mix opposites colors alot. I am planning to do a yellow/violet piece in the near future..lol.Anyway she is a oldie, but she still sells well at the conventions....enjoy.
oh and those are wee four leave clovers that she has swirling in her hand, I know they are hard to see.
Prints available, as 8x10. Signed and numbered by the artist in gold ink.

You're right about the mushrooms.. they came out very well, and I very impressed with the amount of detail you put into them. Well, actually I'm impressed with all the detail you put into the entire illustration.
The illustration seems a bit busy to me though. Part of it is because there's so much green in the illustration it all kind of blends together. The other critique I have is that the four smaller mushrooms along the faerie's left side act almost as a border, breaking the illustration into two pieces... the left portion having the tree as a focal point, the right side having the faerie.

WEll that wasn't what i intended anyway about the two pieces....and I know ithe pic is a tad busy, which is why I said she was a oldie. I had a tendincy to draw busy pics back a few years ago.

No...I had to do my two job day yesterday...and was being unusally sensitive about everything(stress) When it comes to my art I am very high strung...and older pieces are usually the butt of the critiques..sooooothat is why I seemed evil..
