This is a great concept, the drawings are done quite well but with a few problems
1. I dunno if you wanted it this way but Light is smiling in the first panel
2. As you said about Light in panel 3 it is a little messed up
3. L's arm appears to have no bones in panel 3, it really looks painful...
Sorry if it seems a little bit of harsh critiquing; it's not intended to flame.

Haha, I'm aware of all three of those problems. XD I noticed Light's face the second I finished drawing it... but after a while of staring at it I passed it off as a bit of a smile frown. XD L's arm was a pain to draw.
