So this is the finished version of my other one. I didn't mess it up too much yay!!!
This is a pic of Jessie being reunited with her longlost mother. If only this would happen in the show

You know as I think Giovanni's somewhere in his 40's from what I once saw. I headcanon him as Jessie's dad but only Miyamoto knew about it. I also think your headcanon is cool too.
And Madame Boss calling Giovanni brat boy in my headcanon was her way of showing contempt and a refusal to see him as a man in his own right.

This would be so wonderful, I agree it would be amazing to have them reunited after so many years. I'm thinking the scenario might be someon was threatening her and putting Jessie at risk so she had to fake her death to protect Jessie and finally the threat passes and she can go back to see the woman Jessie has become

supposedly she did and I thought she was dead for the longest time until recently listening to the full radio drama she's in. At the end she mentions that Jessie is probably already in her 20's and unmarried and Miyamoto sounds older. So she maaaay still be around

Miyamoto isnt dead actually she could be what happend was that she disappeared then a bird flew out of nowhere so its possible she is still alive ^^ i think so
