OKAY I MADE SURE TO MAKE HIS DESIGN VERY 2004 INSPIRED EVEN HIS NAME LMAo...

HES THE FUCKING EPITOME OF 2004. Hes really dumb, goofy, makes stupid fucking jokes and probably makes XD face a lot....
Hes got that random humour 2004 about him and he wont fucking stop. Hes like a weeb from 2004 jumped in a time machine and came to 2017/
Hes also a cloned eevee, so he has those weird spots! He is also like always poisoned, so he burps poison bubbles, hiccups, and is always sweating poison.
