Personality:
Tries to make himself look small and vulnerable by acting and dressing in a child-like way. When he isn't around anyone(or around people he trusts/wants to scare) he will drop the facade and act like his true self; A sadistic, manipulative psychopath. He loves to know things about everyone, and if he hears you've got a secret, he will try to get it out of you by any means necessary. It's not so he can use it against you-though he will should the opportunity arise-he just wants to know. He has many friends and enemies on all sides.

History: Payce ran away from home when he was 15, without saying a word to anyone. He ran off to tithe, got a job as a postmaster, and never went back, or even attempt to contact his family or friends. Reason being: boredom.

Additional Info:
-His ears move with his emotions...think how dog ears move, perked up when he hears something, laying back when he's angry, drooped when he's sad.
-Being a ghost, he can move through objects at will.
-he keeps a pair of goggles in his bag, along with a map, a few souvenirs from his travels, a journal, and the occasional candy bar.
-the gloves are under the coat on both arms.
-can be bribed with chocolate...though he hates white chocolate, so be careful.
-Will use hypnosis on you if you bore him.
-He takes a lot of pride in being a postmaster and will MURDER you(or at least attempt to) for messing with his letters/packages.

Info on his vehicle-
-He can float on his own, the boots just help him move much faster then he could on his own.
-the boots have been modified to go WAY faster then they are supposed to.
-the bottom part of the boots are clear, and just used as a shock absorber to prevent damage to the parts used for hovering...and Payce himself, during particularly hard landings.
