Description *EDIT Again* I fixed a few more things that have been pointed out, if I have to fix this one more time I might just go crazy.
*EDIT* Thanks to the feedback I added a lot of detail to the shadowing and the background. and redid a lot of the folds on Tophs right sleave.

The colored version of my Toph sketch. The original version can be found Here.

Ever since I got past cel shading I've never really gotten the hang of colorings, so I usually don't do very often. But, I found a pretty helpful tutorial by that, mixed with other things I learned, really gave me a good idea on what to do. I really wish Open Canvas had some better blending tools so it wouldn't be so messy, I could have fixed it up a lot in PainterX but I couldn't get the lines to transfer very well since they aren't on a transparent layer in Painter.

And yes, I reaallly need to work on backgrounds...

This looks great. My only comment is that her sleeves should be shorter, I think that would actually look better; but your artwork is excellent.

Oh, I play around all the time, that's why I don't update very often. Fufufufu.

Wow this is really good! I love how soft your coloring is. The hair and the rocks look awesome.

Very nice indeed, but like astarothe said, you should emphasize the shadows and light more. Mostly the shadow because if you go too crazy with the highlight you'll make it all shiny...Try making the shadows alittle darker for that 3D effect. Also, in addition to soft shadows try putting in some hard shadows too - it can liven up the drawing more and it will emphasize your light source more clearly.

Hmm....in my opinion, i think you should emphasize the lights and shadow a little bit more...esp the lighter tones. Something about that left arm in our view doesn't look right, like her upper arm looks dislocated from the lower part of the arm.
