Saw a fun pokemon art challenge. Made this guy. The rules were basically:-Favorite Animal
-Opposite of Favorite Color
-Color of Favorite Fruit
-Personal Hobby
-Opposite of Your Favorite Type
And a basic design rule of all pokemon is to keep it simple.
I don't have a favorite type, so I made him Electric/Normal. The name comes from Circuit & Cackle.
