Wow, I love the texturing that comes from this. It gives the art a type of middle-age quality to it.
I would've never known the boss of the Forest Temple from memory, haha. As much as Zelda: OoT is one of my 3 favorite N64 games, it's been at least 10 years since I last played it.

I hated that boss, I got stuck there the first time I played the game and I couldn't go on.. I've beat the game by now anyway, but i hate that boss

One of the hardest was the Stone Tower Temple in Majora's Mask. °_°

I remember Phantom Ganon. Even though Volvagia is my current favorite boss to fight, Phantom Ganon is pretty awesome too. He was the first boss in the game to kill me multiple times.
