That screwdriver looks more like an icepick than an actual screwdriver from that angle. Maybe you could widen the tip a little since the screwdriver used for lockpicking in the games are flatheads.

I've never seen the screw driver used for lock picking in the games, it's always just been bobby pins, unless that's something that happens in New Vegas (which I haven't really started playing yet)
I have a screwdriver like that. I modeled it after an eyeglass repair kit screw driver. I figure an arcane magical device would have lots of little screws ,so that's why Pip has that kind of screw driver with her. It would also be much better suited to pick locks than the traditional and larger screw driver. Though I'll take some of your advice and make it a flat head.

Actually, it appears in Fallout 3 as well. When you go into the lockpicking screen, you automatically have a screwdriver, though it doesn't show up in your inventory. Guess the developers thought that carrying around spare screwdrivers alongside bobby pins was too much of a hassle or something.
