no adam's apple. wide hip placement, questionable rise in the chest area. Shoulders are too close for a masculine frame, arms are thin, thin waist as well.
Hair is long, yet a bit tomboyish, so that's no indicator, as well as the face. pose looks a bit masculine.
I saying, female tomboy.

I'm fairly certain I can see sketch lines for breasts. Either that or there just so happens to be a very suggestive scratch on my screen.

Guys' chests are only rounded like that if they're fat. In any other case, there's a definitive 3 lines per pectoral with some slightly curved edges. If you're aiming for androgynous, I would recommend not to actually show traces of the bottom of the breasts/pecs.
The person would need to be very flat chested no matter what, so I would advise to just have a slight "tenting." With the peak very close to the bottom. (I drew my genderqueer/androgynous (bio-fem) friend a picture of him/her for his/her Birthday a while ago. 'Tis how I know this stuff.)

Hmmm, lets see...it has slender calf's with no hairs, but thats normal for manga design. They look pretty toned, and I dare say big for a girl. Yet s/he has a tiny looking waist and thin arms, suggesting girl. Hair is neck length, but could easily be styed to fit either gender...but the face looks a BIT girly.
Wait, there's a small noticable bump on his/her chest! ITS A GIRL!
