When it comes to Digimon, nothing beats the original Digimon Adventure!

My favourite character ever since I was a kid has always been T.K/Takeru and his partner Patamon.

Not surprisingly its because of Patamon that I have always been fond of Angel wings and Angelic motifs.

I suppose this is my tribute to the Digimon series by designing a Keyblade based off Takeru/T.K's "Crest of Hope" and Patamon's evolutions.

The major theme here is Patamon's mega form 'Seraphimon' which is one of the 3 celestial Digimon who oversee the balance of the Digital world. I kinda borrowed Young Xehanort's Keyblade as the rough guide as to what the shape of the Keyblade should look like.

Other themes include Holyangemon's 'Gate of heaven' and 'Excalibur' (hence the purple coloured blade). Note that there are 7 orbs of light to reflect 'the Seven Guardians of Light' but also Seraphimon's signature attack 'Seven Heavens' which is localised in the english dub as 'Strike of the Seven Stars'.

And finally, holy type Digimon are always identificable by bearing the 'Holy Rings', as you can see there are 2 decorating the shaft.

The crest of hope is hidden everywhere on this Keyblade. Think of it....as a lucky emblem.
