I'm a little late, but June isn't over yet
So here is my picture!
Featuring my Original Character Souta/Stefan, he has been given the honor to wield the pride flag.
The Flag and pole were both modelled on blender using the cloth simulator function to bake to creases/waves into the fabric
"May your heart be your guiding key"
Modelled by me on Blender, textured on Photoshop.

Ahhh you give me more credit than I deserve. Many of the effects are lens flare effects which you can find on google images. And then I just blend them as layers onto the MMD screenshot using photoshop.

And that my dear is not an easy task!
It's pretty hard to match everything together without making it look weird
or uneven... Trust me, I was going in sane in my last picture XD

Its not as simple as saying 'like' and 'not like'. There are many other factors other than gender that need to be considered.
In my case, I think personality shines through much much more importantly than gender: A good person with a good heart.

Well you could always give it a go. Version 2.8 is coming out soon, you can make lots of stuff and export it for MMD like I do xD
